「Rooms needing an update/refresh. Curtains dirty/stained. Bathroom has stains and old built up dirt on the outside shower surround. Hair left in shower and sink area.」
「When we checked in we were surprised to learn that we were upgraded from the king room to the king suite since we were staying several nights and no one else had reserved it. Angie is a wonderful host. She made sure everything was well and wasn’t intrusive. Her breakfasts were very good. She was also helpful with places to eat and things to do around Hershey. We will likely stay again during future visits to Hershey. 」

"Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet.
We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.
