Room was not clean when we checked in. When I informed the front desk, the rude person there said we were supposed to give 24 hours notice for cleaning, and disconnected the phone. When I walked up to the front desk, the sole person there claimed she is the manager, and said they need 24 hours notice to get the room cleaned or I can check out - and she will give refund for the next day - not the day of checkin. She was extremely rude, and raised her voice and escalated the situation, and made it a personal ego thing. She said she will make sure she will not clean our room till we leave - and that is what she did, even though the housekeeping person on the floor was willing to clean. Room was very poor - unclean, hair from previous occupant, holes in the window and ceiling, leaking faucet and dust bunnies everywhere. I have photos and videos that I can share. Extremely poor experience and poor customer service. Disgraceful to the Wyndham brand - this hotel should be dropped.
