When we arrived, we thought we had the wrong address. The photos advertised are completely different from the reality of the hotel. It's located right behind a gas station. Very noisy! The room was okay, although the floor was quite cold, without carpet. We stayed for 3 days and nobody cleaned our room! The worst part was the advertised breakfast! A paper bag with 2 bananas, 1 yogurt, a packaged bread roll, and 1 granola bar. It's shocking that they advertise having breakfast! This shouldn't be served to guests! I would be ashamed. The only good thing was the service from Raul, who was very helpful and friendly.

All in all, this was not a bad place. It was less than a mile and a half from the highway and there was a grocery store right down the street and it was about 10 to 15 miles away from Monterey the young man at the desk I forgot his name unfortunately he seemed to be in his early 20s was very knowledgeable and gave me information about where to give breakfast lunch and dinner from and then also the continental breakfast was also nice. This is a very nice quiet place to stay. I cannot say anything bad.

For the price, it was very reasonable. Everything (e.g., bedding, bathroom & towels) is a bit old, but it was clean (hardwood floors), and the heater worked fine. It was quiet at night, and they provided a snack pack at checkout.

The motel was decent, appeared recently to have received a facelift. I didn’t realize the hotel was part of the gas station off of Reservation and California. Also, the bagged breakfast left a lot to be desired. Our room key stopped working by 10am the day of checkout although checkout was 11am. Had to address it with an employee. It was comfortable for a night, which is all I wanted for my daughter and I but wouldn’t book again.

We stayed for 3 nights and never had maid service. We had to go each morning to ask for fresh towels. No refresh of coffee, shampoo, toilet paper. It was off season so it wasn't crowded, so it was quiet. The breakfast was a bag you could pick up in the office which consisted of a yogurt, banana, energy bar and a cookie.
