「Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights.」

「This is a nice modern hotel with lovely facilities, but badly let down by the technology not working (at least for the suite I was given). Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result. 「I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...
