「The location is far from the overgound/underground. The room is stuffy. The shower head is weak. The room is dark. I felt like this hotel is 3 stars rather than 5. 」

「Cheap rates, good location and very helpful staff. However, bad water leak on the bathroom floor, bathroom door didn’t close and blood on the bedside lamp. Pretty grim.」

「We tried to have the room cleaned during our 6 day stay. The tag on the door did nothing, and asking reception multiple days did nothing. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper. It took a full day of leaving the garbage bin outside the room to have it emptied. The AC broke on our final night.」

「Overall great! little boutique quirky hotel :) *note: there maybe some noise around as there is a bar on ground floor - well, believe you already know about it ;)」

「離公車站很近，對於要去看溫布頓球賽者是一個方便的旅館，旅館工作人員十分友善，寄放行李也沒問題，還會送到入住的房間裡，附送的早餐也十分美味！」

「Great rooms, super cute and reasonably priced. Good location too!」

「No reply from the contact number. No reply from the contact message. No kettle. No normal tv channels. No WiFi information. Shower difficult to work. No tv in bedroom.」

「This is very charming and unique hotel with a bar downstairs and a lovely backyard. And it’s walking distance from Wimbledon so very convenient. And there is air conditioning!」

「Property is quite good, clean, comfortable, and a well stocked apartment. It made for a comfortable stay and overall would stay again. As others have said you can hear the music from the cafe in the mornings. The main stress was the lack of communication for check in. There is no app or front desk as mentioned in the listing and we had to chase to receive check in details. Some listing inaccuracies like free parking is only evenings and weekends.」

「I extended my trip by a day at the last minute, and found this hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was yummy, and the room was really comfortable, I slept absolutely amazing for the night I was here. It's in a good location too, Tooting Bec is maybe a 10 minute walk and there's lots of restaurants and pubs nearby.」
