「Although it is a small room, it has all things we need. However, there are many spider webs in the room that make us very uncomfortable. There are many dust on the wall and on the shelves. The blankets have many dirty makers that we could not sleep well. The light seems that not enough. Also, the entrance the the room is too narrow and the tiles of the entrance are not flat. They are like a mountain.」

And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. 「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied.
