「Easy check-in, clean room, location」

「The location was perfect for my visit and both convenient for buses and walking to get to where I wanted. The room was beautifully put together, feeling very luxurious and thoughtfully detailed. Lovely window boxes had flowers to frame the views of the city. While the restaurant was not yet completed the area has lots of options, of which Nero Caffe across the road was the most crucial for my breakfast and coffees. From Gatwick it only took one train and one bus ride plus a five-minute walk to...

「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「Beautiful building, lovely area, room was very comfortable」

「The place needs a bit of TLC, with most toilet and bathroom handles loose. Bear in mind that the place is up a flight of narrow stairs, then a curling staircase to get to the first floor, and a steep staircase to the bedroom loft. I couldn’t get the oven to work unfortunately, so it would have been good to have the user manual. Other than that, it was clean and convenient.」

「Pros: the location is fantastic. Cons: the sofa bed should be condemned - its not fit for use, I pulled the mattress onto the floor on the second night. The whole place needs a little attention - simple stuff like batteries in the tv remote, a tv that connects to the web, air con unit and fans need filters changing and cleaning, a blind in the kitchen for privacy and keeping the sun out. Simple stuff which for the money you shouldn't have to ask.」

「Great apartment! Kitchen had everything you could need including a dishwasher! Fabulous location. The only negative is no air conditioning and it was on the ground floor so we couldn’t open the window.」
