I can not say enough good things about this hotel. From the attentiveness of the staff to the location, everything is always amazing. The Cadogan will always be our home away from home in London!
Great hotel…enjoyed my stay there. Premium location if you want to be close to everything yet you desire for quietness at your hotel. One small complaint; I came back to the hotel at 9:30pm one night for a late dinner but restaurant was closed yet the staff said I could go to my room to order room service?
This is a very personal hotel with exceptional service in a wonderful location close to the best stores and great cafes. Hotel restaurants were excellent. Room and bathroom were gorgeous, with the highest quality amenities and fixtures. Everyone was highly accommodating and proactive in assuring that we were comfortable. Having the key to the Cadogan Garden across the street was a huge bonus and a peaceful escape from the busy city. We have stayed in Belmond hotels around the world and have always been so pleased. The Cadogan was just wonderful and whenever we are in London again, it will be where we stay again. Our sincere thanks to everyone for making our stay such a lovely experience.
Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.
I often stay at the Cadogan and would say it is one my favourite places to stay in London- would highly recommend. The service is second to none, all staff very helpful and always anticipate our needs.
Nice, newly renovated and designed hotel. Service is great and extremely nice but trying to call for Room service is extremely difficult- they are never available. Also rooms are not very well sound proofed - could hear doorbells from next door and lots of noise above.
The premises design is excellent. But the service table in our room wasn't clear. It was dirty.
There are also the variety of tee bags in room but there is no kettle. The welcome fruit are good but one of mandarin was fasid.
