"Firstly the main staff was great, very friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues with the room. 1) It wasn’t cleaned very well, dirty glassware wasn’t removed. 2) Missing set of towels and floor towel 3) Soap & toilet paper were not replenished - felt like I was getting “rationed” 4) The main shower head did not work well, it was clogged and would spray water outside had to use the handheld shower head 5) Shower door was broken on the left side, it would not close well and let some water out. 6) garbage can was broken Warning: This place has no elevator, so be ready to carry the heavy luggage up narrow stairs. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many places and train station. Overall, 3/5 stars. The staff is great like I mentioned, but it’s the attention to detail that this hotel is missing. It’s making sure the rooms follow a checklist that everything is in order and that things work properly."
