「There was a series health & hygiene issue within my room - only discovered upon waking in the morning. I had a very early checkout, so it was fully understandable that my concerns had to be passed on to a manager. However, over a week later I had not be contacted by Travelodge to discuss the issue. A real shame, as the location, staff interactions, general condition of the room and bathroom - and the dining options within the hotel could make this a very attractive place to stay, near to...

「Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. 」

「Hotel is situated in a great location. Easy access to the tube, bar, and shopping. Hotel is average but I would definitely come back for the location. 」
