「The hotel itself is beautiful. Getting the room cleaned, we had to ask both days to have it done. When we got back to the room it was 4 pm and still not cleaned. The other day it was not cleaned either but we had gotten back a little earlier. Had to walk down to front desk to order room service as no one answered when we called twice trying to order. And the room service meal was not good. So nice hotel, service was lacking. Would stay again if service got better.」

「After reading some reviews prior to my stay, I had concerns. I found this hotel to be clean. The parking garage next to the hotel was very convenient. The free shuttle across from the hotel was awesome. The breakfast was amazing each day. Naquan at the front desk was very helpful. I gave 4 stars due to no bath towels when we arrived and no refill of coffee in the room the following day. I would definitely stay here on my next visit. Restaurants and attractions are nearby.」
