「Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. 「Excellent, friendly service. Cannot rate the service the Hotel staff provided, more highly. The hotel situated right in the centre of Hanoi. Molly and Tiffany in reception helped with organising tours at a very reasonable price and laundry to be done at short notice. Also helping to interpret for us when a difficult situation arose for an outside purchase. Anthony and Daisy deserve special mention: they are by far the most helpful and friendly hotel staff we have ever met in our travels…..and we...

「Hotel is located in the very center of Han noi, very convenient for visit famous place, good for sightseeing. I would like to express my appreciation for one of the female receptionist (sorry I forgot to ask her name. She showed us where we can go, gave many excellent travel advise and sightseeing suggestions; constantly checking if we need any help and always provide many valuable information. We really appreciated for everything! 」

「The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The assisted with transportation from the airport, kept my luggage on the day of check out and had great breakfast options. The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff also provided recommendations asked. I also came back another day for the Skybar which was also great. I rated this a 4 star because there was a mildew smell in the room. To be fair they may have moved me if i informed them, but i decided not to as i checked...

「酒店職員非常有禮貌，很好笑容，會很多國語言，非常幫到忙。 酒店位置近於舊街，步行各景點只要10~15分鍾到，非常方便」

「服務人員很親切跟熱心，飯店的設施也不錯，早餐的飲食也很美味，飯店地點位置也在景點區附近，但是早上7點多都會有裝修敲擊的聲音會影響到睡眠，另外隔音的部分也比較差，如果這兩點可以改善的話是非常棒的飯店。」
