outstanding staff, good breakfast (has all the nutrients elements of protein, vegetables, fruits and carbs !) Room super clean, big and all the amenities needed. Everything went amazingly well, clear and fast communication with the hotel staff. I had a fantastic stay and got an incredible help to organize my tour to cat Ba and Halong Bay I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again next time in Hanoi

It is a way from the Old / French quarters, but there is a free shuttle bus that runs 4 times a day and Grab fares to and fro are not excessive. Some good local dining options.
