You can hear everything outside of your room. Especially in the morning, you‘ll wake up from the noise of the staff or people. But overall the check-in was easy and smooth, I had a great time in Hanoi.

Incredible service

They have an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, booking trips and finding us somewhere to eat when we checked in late at night. It's not as new or nice as some places, but incredible service. The breakfast was simple, just toast, yougurt, and fresh phó, but was delicious.

GOOD VALUE CHEERFUL HOTEL IN MODERN CITY

The hotel was a good value in the more modern business section of the city, not the most ideal for purely leisure clients, but it was clean and comfortable and provided adequately for requirements

Spent three nights at this hotel. Room was clean, neat, and quiet. Adequate room for two. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. And, yes, there was plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Plenty of choices. Location was good. Just off a busy street. Market, coffee, McDonald's, and mall all within a 10-minute walk. Definately a convenient location. No complaints.

Must book here We had 2 nights in this hotel and it was amazing. From the check – in staff to the check – out staff. The room is spotless. Moreover, they invited me to have dinner with all the staff member which I consider as the highest level of hospitality. I would certainly recommend to book this hotel for anyone. I myself become the member of this family from now J
