"Great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city lights at night very peaceful place. Fantastic experience at Royal Premium Hotel Hanoi. Even before we arrive in Hanoi, I could exchange with Anna who had been a huge help in organizing several day trip around Hanoi for our arriving. She is really a star! Lee Pham, Da, Anna and the other people in the team have been sooo welcoming, always helpful and smiling we did really enjoy our stay with them. The members of the team always remembered our program for which day. They took care of us really well and the ladies at breakfast where absolutely lovely. We would like to thanks a hundred time the whole team for making our stay soo enjoyable! We would definitely recommend your hotel and come back to it if we travel back to Vietnam. "Hotel situated in the Old Quarter which is a busy area with many shops and restaurants. Streets are narrow, many motorbikes so must be aware. Welcome to hotel is excellent. Staff were outside and taking my bags as I got out of taxi. I was offered tea while they dealt with checking in and checked my room and taking my bag. Was given a map and pointed out places of interest. Staff were always smiling and addressed me by name. Treated as a member of the family. The personal touch. The hotel is small but cosy and well decorated. Has style. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This was our third time at the Rex Hanoi. The staff are fantastic, and the rooms and beds are comfortable. The breakfast menu has enough choices to keep everyone happy. Our only complaints are that there is a musty smell in the rooms, (it disappears if you open the window or keep the AC on), which might just be caused by the humidity of Hanoi right now, and the condition of the cushions on the outdoor chairs in the rooftop bar. Having said that, the views from there are fabulous! "

"Really clean boutique hotel in the heart of Old Quarter- walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the amazing Banh Mi 25! Staff is really helpful and nice. Buffet breakfast is limited, especially for vegetarians. "
