"We had a two night stay at Rex Hanoi Hotel and were very impressed from the moment we arrived with all the fabulous staff who were so helpful. We had booked a deluxe room and although it was a little tight,it was clean,tidy and the bathroom was all we needed.The hotel was situated in a very central location being close to many attractions and great restaurants.The hotel amenities were great the indoor pool we didn’t use but loved the rooftop bar with plenty of seating with incredible views,our buffet breakfast was fantastic with many options available.We would definitely stay here again"

"Where to start...Staff totally friendly, helpful and courteous. We were treated like royalty. Property and rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily. You know that saying location, location, location. Perfect spot to be in Old Quarter but still peaceful. Breakfast buffet is outstanding! I am sad we did not get to dine at one their speciality restaurants. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat!"

"Super cute hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was really yummy. However, the mattress our bed had felt like springs a little tough on the body and the top sheet was in the closet so we didn’t have it on the bed and we woke up freezing in the middle of the night and couldn’t find our top sheet."

"Very helpful accommodating staff, Very Clean rooms, Amazing lounge area. A+++ Let me start off by saying this place has one of the most pleasant, warm and helpful staff I have recently experienced. Cindy the manager is a star and communicated so well and so clearly with us that even though we arrived on two different flights and my wife arrived five hours earlier than me the check in went absolutely smoothly and she felt welcome and safe. The rooms were well maintained and very very clean which is very important for us. Beds were very comfortable and the staff even decorated the room for us without being asked. The lounge area is amazing and a great place to relax. In short we had a wonderful stay. Very helpful accommodating staff. Very clean rooms. Amazing lounge area. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."
