「之前有住過這間飯店，這次算是臨時入住，飯店服務及清潔還算不錯，早餐也還可以，只是這次住的房間可能位於發電機還是某種設施旁邊，導致噪音非常大，晚上我把空調關掉還是很吵，影響睡眠品質，其餘都還可接受。」

「Hotel was very accommodating to our family. They were being refurbished so many things were brand new in our room but also were not 100% ready for guest. They still allowed our family to stay to avoid the hassle of an additional reservation. I was so appreciative of that. Very friendly and helped direct us to local activities. The location is very busy during rush hour and can be intimidating to navigate so I would not recommend the stay to a family with small children or elderly relatives. 」

「Property was clean and beautiful. We had few mionor issues with Ac and door lock but property manager was quick to solve it. Always ready to help with anything. Whenever we need something property manager always there to help.」

「It was our first time in Hanoi. The area were D’capitale is, appeared to be an upscale area.we felt safe walking even at night. The host was receptive and easily accessible by what’s up app. Even though Viator trips ,we booked, didn’t pick up at this area, we spent an average of $ 4-6 getting to and from the meeting place by Grab taxi. 」
