"Great for a quick trip! Motel is across the street from the beach, so be sure to pack a wagon or something to carry all your beach gear! Rooms were clean. Comfortable. Typical beach motel feel. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and bar area. The pool though is NOT heated like many on the strip. We couldn’t use it during our September trip. The motel is also much farther from epicenter of fun. It is more than a “10 min” walk. Would I stay again? Yes if the price is reasonable."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly. Even the guests were friendly. The beach is pristine. None of the following bothered us but letting other travelers know, there isn't much privacy. It's an older hotel and the walls are paper thin. I heard the neighbor next door yawn. Also the balcony/porch has no privacy division so you get to know your neighbor if your out at the same time. All in all it was a nice property and would stay again."

"I originally booked a smaller room with ocean front access. Upon arrival, due to a recent surgery, the room was too small for my needs. I called Whitney the next morning and explained my issue. She was able to move us to larger room without any issue. Kenzie had the room ready for our move and assisted us with our luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness and support they showed. This is a quaint motel among many in Old Orchard Beach but the won our vote with their hospitality."
