"Beautiful beach, excellent staff and a beautiful hotel. On the smaller size compared to some of the other Riu’s, but also more intimate. Our room was clean, modern and had a nice view of the ocean. I would say all the rooms likely offer a great view of the ocean. The food selection and quality were also impressive. For those that do come here, don’t forget to tip the help. They really are the ones that make this place top notch"

"Very loud at night— they started the night time entertainment at 9P, we were ready for bed at that time & it was VERY LOUD from 9-1030 nightly. I’d recommend they start earlier or people bring noise cancellation headphones to sleep. Other than that, great food, good location, excellent service."

"menu in restaurants were very good. Staff in all food venues were fabulous. especially Arcos and his other staff members in the buffet on the outside deck. Variety is always hanging and great food in buffet. Outside pools the party pool was a little loud but you can just move down to the central pool and still hear the music. Bar staff on beach and all outside areas are great. Enrique at the small pool below the theatre was always fantastic ( with and electric smile). I did not sit well on the loungers but Enrique would always get us a couple of chairs from the theatre to side on down at the pool level. One comment I gave the hotel manager was to do with the washrooms. Very clean but lack of for the building size and how far you may have to walk to get to one. Washrooms are super clean. Watch the floors, as they are marble and are continuously being cleaned and can be slippery so be careful and just move slowly. Front door man Roberto was so helpful if you need to know anything. Lovely beach to bob in the water or snorkel. Can be wavey on some days. "
