「We asked ahead of time for a room with a view and we got one of the corner rooms with a double picture windows so it was a beautiful view. The room was clean. The bathrooms are fairly small and it does seem to be an older property but well kept.. We did not eat in the restaurant but it did look good.. The staff was very friendly especially Evelyn at the front desk. It was nice to have a designated section at the beach and towels and beach chairs were provided free of charge.」

「What I enjoyed most was the support staff and their efforts and enthusiasm to making sure our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon our first visit to the poolside restaurant Arlene was our server, very professional and pleasant, so pleasant we requested her service each morning 4 days upon arrival to the restaurant, she would greet us with a smile and outstanding attitude to serve us in our many breakfast endeavors. 「Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and...

「The room was fair. Free breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very cooperative. The location was perfect and the fact they offered free beach towels and beach umbrellas was perfect. Overall a really great place. Just wished the room was better and the bathroom bigger.」
