「Been here 3 times before and this trip the buffet and pizza has gone down hill. Staff was very friendly and restaurants had amazing food. Hard to get into. Resort was understaffed. Only way to go is VIP package. Main pool was clean and refreshing, not cloudy water. Room service dishes were left outside for 2 days and the animals had made a mess of them. Room was clean and had prompt room service and house keeping. Restrooms were clean in pool areas. Not sure if we will be back.」
