"This was our first experience at the Biltmore and unfortunately it was not a very good one. Pros: Staff was very kind notably the bell desk and valet and Security (steven , victoria, Jeffry, Billy, etc) Cons: We made a room request (4 separate times) and it was ignored. I was given a variety of different reasons why. It is what it is, we booked the signature suite. and requested the upstairs room pictured on the first slide, and were given the first floor room instead. Honoring this request...

"I stay here frequently with family. Property has very nice pools, dining options, great spa, kids play area. Over all, it is my favorite place everytime I go to Scottsdale."
