「Hotel Mazarin is a NOLA gem inside of the French Quarter. It was resonably priced, even for the Jazz Fest 2nd weekend. 「The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure.」

「Front desk manager was somewhat unprofessional. Attempted to checkin an hour early but could not. Was told guaranteed checkin at 3 pm. Well, WRONG! Checkin did not happen for us until 4:30 pm. The other attendant was nice and said he was going to do something for us but unsure if he adjusted anything since I booked thru Expedia and did not park in the hotel's deck because friends said it was a s-show. 「Our room wasn't ready till after check in time. Parking was great and felt car was safe. No help with luggage and no elevator to our upstairs room. Some renovations were taking place in one area. The bar was ok but the breakfast for what you could get should have been included as it was chain hotel quality. Only sweetened cream for coffee so couldn’t use due to health issues. 」
