「The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind.However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!」

「Got a last minute booking, bare bones room with no window, so I wasn’t expecting too much. However the room was minuscule even for one person with luggage, and the shower/wet room soaked the entire “bathroom” (wet the toilet paper!). Better than sleeping rough, but zero amenities except for free wifi」

「Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful 」

「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...
