"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"Everything was as pictured. The condo had all the comforts of home except for an in-unit washer and dryer and an air fryer. There were washers and dryers on the property, but use of each cost either $2.50 or $3.50, I forget which. Detergent and fabric softener is provided in the unit if you do pay to use the washers and dryers. There were 3 slow/rice cookers. One of those can be swapped out for an air fryer :)."

"I liked the property, the management and the condo. The only problem was the management company we got in late and were confused about signing agreements at 11:00 at night. (2:00 for us)"

"The property was well maintained. Our unit was in excellent condition. We also appreciated use of extra items like beach chairs and coolers."
