What stands out the most is watching the sunsets while standing out on the narrow deck. Place was so clean and ready for our stay when we entered. Thank you Grand and your cleaners for your excellent service. If there was one thing that might need to improve our the mats. There are 3 main mats (kitchen, bathroom and entry) are very thin and prone to buckling everything we walk over them. What we need are the thicker ones with the sticky bottoms for traction to the hardwood floors. There were a couple of occasions where I slid on moving mat causing a near trip and fall situation. Anyways, just something for owner to consider. Thank you for listening. Aloha and hope to be back next year

Clean property and had all the necessary for a self catering apartment. Good location - 20 min walk to the start of the Ironman race to the pier and close to Ali drive Very close to dining options - Safeway a long walk but loads of abc stores down Ali drive Nice pool but not well signposted However , we did not get the access code to the property and that caused a lot of stress as we arrived in the evening and it was tricky to get someone to answer the phone Also the washing machine was broken and had to use the communal one and pay extra which was not ideal but received a partial refund Overall , this was overpriced for what it was but it served its purpose in terms of location and amenities

It was close to town and the beach. The view was awesome and the condo came equipped with more accessories than we could imagined. We felt so comfortable.

This unit is by far the best in the Kona Mansions complex. I stayed at another unit in the same building and there was not much of a view. The room we just stayed at has the best view of the sunsets. We literally came back from our daily excursions just to watch the sunset from the balcony with windows open. Not a single day disappointed as the clouds and atmosphere varied each daily sunset. The amentities of the unit were superb, especially the shower. The shower was simple, yet effective. The hot water was nearly instantaneous as opposed to waiting a minute or two. The TV and internet speeds were superb. My compliments for leaving detailed instructions on how to connect. We will definitely be seeking this room if and when we return to Kona. I highly recommend!

Great stay in clean, cheerful condo!

Lovely condo with gorgeous ocean view on the top floor! This place had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our vacation, including fins, googles and beach towels. The condo decor was so tasteful and tropical, loved that. Nothing felt cheap, very nice comfortable bed and linens. For the price and the great location right across from the king Kamehameha resort, this was a real bargain. Would be happy to return! I would want people to be aware however that because this particular unit is on the third floor, there is a good amount of stairs to climb and no elevator as far as I’m aware. So know that going in if you have mobility issues.

The ocean view is stunning and best location in Kona. Near to all restaurants, bars, beaches and quiet to sleep. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. My husband and I had a dream vacation. Thank you!

Very nice place! Has everything you need down to the beach chairs and cooler. Great ocean view. Easy parking, close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend!!
