"Excellent"

"Lovely hotel, bar, restaurant and room. Our room had a river view, was a good size with an extra large bathroom. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well stocked with extra large towels and nice toiletries. There was tea, coffee bags, biscuits and bottled water all of which were replaced daily. Also a fridge. The bedding was luxurious and very comfortable for our very large bed. Really good location and lots to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend."

"We had a great stay in a clean, comfortable room. The only thing which spoiled our stay was that the air conditioner was not effective. The room was too warm and we found it difficult to get off to sleep at night - and our stay was early May, not the height of Summer. Breakfast buffet was nice and we were impressed that the fruit available changed daily. We would certainly stay here again."

"For a hotel this close to the airport it was pleasingly quiet and suited my purpose. Dining and breakfast is no-fuss. There is an extra charge for parking which i limited."

"Great stay!! Staff was awesome. Room was a great size. Bed was comfy. Close to everything we needed. Great view of Wembley Stadium. Only thing I would suggest would be put a fan in the room. Got a little warm in the morning because we were facing the sun rise in the morning. Will definitely stay again!! see you all in November 2024!! Thank You :)"

"The price is reasonable especially for someone want to stay before flight at Heathrow. It is so convenient to take bus to airport which takes only 15 mins."

"Leen and Josh were brill in reception and later on the girls in the evening helped me sort out tv and lighting. I am nit used to hotels!!! Fab experience and if in Oxford again will stay in same place"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"Not a convenient stay, even for Terminal 5 transportation on the way in. The ride to the airport was very convenient. Hotel manager was fantastic but other staff not friendly or helpful."

"It is so very convenient for getting a good sleep before a flight especially from terminal 5. Bus 423 and one other (350? maybe) costs £1.75 and drops you off in front - takes about 7 minutes. It is a large place with no elevator but is only 2 storeys high so that’s not a big problem for many. Very clean, coffee tea in room, quiet, iron and hair dryer. I’ll keep coming back."
