「I cannot speak highly enough about the hotel manager Saolo and the entire staff of the Arch Hotel. The front desk staff were quick to offer helpful information regarding my stay and various activities in Lisbon. My room was a clean and adequate space. The AC worked very well and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked the balcony and the perspective it provided. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」
