"Dont hesitate to book this for your Lisbon trip . Cannot say enough positive or anything negative. Be aware there is no real outdoor area or pool or garden or nice large lobby etc to lounge in but if you are just looking for a great place to lay your head at night in one of the nicest cleanest spacious most well appointed rooms with free wine, expresso, waters and sodas then look no further . Did I mention the staff is also warm welcoming and delightful. All of them."

"Had the loveliest stay here! It’s centrally located, but on a very quiet and safe street off the main drag. It was especially important to me as a solo traveler to feel secure, and I certainly did. Staff was incredibly helpful and the shared space was a great resource. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!"

"My husband suffers from vertigo and after a wild ride with Uber he became sick. The front staff was very understanding and help find him a cool spot with fluids until we could get a room. So very kind and helpful. The hotel is in the Barrio Alto, so it's close to a lot of activities. And only a 10 walk to the train station. The only thing I dislike was the decor color of my room. Decorated in Black Walls, tiles and ceiling with a few white accents. It was a bit hard to see things. The restaurant could also use either a small bar or breakfast area. The offer of cool fruits and breads for 14 euro was not something we wanted to do. "

"The arrival happened at 2am because of flights, and the hotel was incredibly easy to communicate with to get into the room. They were clear about breakfast, which was a great surprise. Fresh groceries were provided for the best eggs, bacon, pastries and coffee breakfast after a long day of travel. The room itself was exceptional-very spacious with incredible details and facts about what inspired the room and all the dishes, etc. I would highly recommend this place. It’s close to the train station, as well as Rua Augusta. Fun fact, Anthony Bourdain ate just a few doors down for some of Lisbon’s most famous “bifana sandwich”."
