"This is an outstanding facility. Probably the best hotel apartment we have ever stayed. We were treated with utmost care and kindness. From the morning breakfast to the cleaning, to the staff attitude to the communication with Eduardo at the front desk, no request was unmet. We asked for some extra towels and duvet and that was provided with no issue. We are also mostly vegetarian so the food was adapted accordingly with cheese and eggs and even milk and sugar! They left these items for us every evening. The location is wonderful for young families, and there wasn’t too much sound at night for us. They made not a single mistake - we highly recommend the care and welcome we received."

"This hotel is in a very vibrant pedestrian neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and switched us to a room on the first floor when they saw I was walking on crutches, so I only needed to go up one set of stairs instead of three. Our room was at the back of the hotel so we didn't have any noise complaints from the busy streets. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"Bring earplugs, as the area noise absurd, especially on the weekends, and even on the 3rd floor. But that was a small price to pay to be in the heart of all the action, as long as youthful debauchery makes you smile. Anyway, the staff was attentive and helpful, the breakfast was fine, and the place itself was very nice. No complaints, would totally stay there again."
