"Lovely hotel. Easy walking distance to shops, bars, Praca do Comercio etc. Rooms immaculately clean, gorgeous products and the comfiest bed ever. Bathrobes and slippers, mini fridge restocked daily. Staff brilliant, friendly and professional, very smart. Breafast had everything we needed. Would absolutely return next time in Lisbon. "

"DO NOT stay at this hotel if you’re looking for something close to the airport…stay a little further and utilize Bolt/Uber which will get you to the airport quickly. It is far too overpriced for what it is! Our issues, to name a few… 1. There is no working AC. We turned the AC on, but it spewed out warm air all night…it’s a very old system! 2. One of the beds had holes in the sheets! 3. The sink water ran brown for the first few seconds. 4. Right next to the highway if you think you can cool your room by opening the window. 5. We had to leave early (5am) and there was a taxi driver waiting in the lobby, asking us if we needed a ride for 10 euros. We said no thanks, but he kept following us complaining about us and our Bolt ride, which only cost 5 euros. Don’t stay here! "

Super location; 5-30 minute walking distance to local historic centers and good/excellent street restaurants everywhere. “Time Out Market” 35 min walk; Food Heaven. All the daily tour will pick you up at the front lobby. Easy bus ride from exit doors to hotel. Stop by the local supermarket; everything is fresh, 6 pack water around 1.3 Euros and sweet, crispy apples, 8 for 1.5 Euros."
