Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, and the thoughtful placement of the furniture and lighting created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for me and my friends. Everything felt well-designed and seamless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was Fado night. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively, and the musicians were fantastic. The restaurant manager, Antonio, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the evening truly memorable. The hotel is also right in the heart of the city center, which made it very convenient when we had tours scheduled and needed to meet with several tour guides.
