「Nice cosy room really enjoyed our stay」

「I stayed in an upgraded room and loved it. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the whole place is so cute. The only small inconvenience is that cars cannot drive right up to the front of the hotel, so handling luggage takes a bit more effort. Otherwise everything was great.」

「I stayed in a total of three hotels while in Portugal. This hotel was by far the best. The room was clean. The ambience was relaxing and the staff was very friendly especially Francisco, who greeted me when I first got there and made sure I felt at home. En general fue buen lugar. En la noche se escucha todo el ruido del restaurante, ya que las mesas dan a las puertas de las habitaciones. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Considerar que por la zona no es posible estacionar, y el estacionamiento más cercano está a 2 cuadras en subida empinada.」

The check in process was great. The woman who helped us was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the breakfast that got delivered to our room and it was all great foods, so much that we saved 1/2 for the next morning. I would stay here again most definitely!」

「We loved the rooftop breakfast and bar. It was never crowded and the view was unparalleled. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We traveled as a family with 3 with a 10 yo and found the location perfect. It was central, walkable to lots of things, and gave us a feel for the city without us being in the midst of the bar scene. If we come back to Lisboa, we will definitely stay here again.」

「Very disappointed! 房間內基本上是沒有窗戶的，令到房間有點焗跟潮濕。而室內只有一把快壞掉的風扇，完全感受不到空氣的流通。酒店的退房時間為12h，但清潔人員三番四次擅自用後備鎖匙開門，總共開了三次的門，完全感受不到有私人空間。最後是有關行李寄存，客人不能寄存行李在此酒店，而是要坐車到別的酒店寄存。十分不方便！ Very disappointed!
