"The property is well worth the stay. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had some problems with our TV but the staff were quick to fix the issue after we brought it up to them. Breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. The entire hotel appeared to be very clean and well maintained . It’s also very close to major parts of the city so it’s excellent for tourists . Would return to this hotel again and also highly recommend it to others."

"Great place if you have a layover at Lisbon airport. Terminal 1 is walking distance (5 minutes), and you can definitely cover the distance if you are travelling light. Otherwise they have a shuttle 24x7 every 15 minutes. Restaurant open until 10PM, bar open until 11PM, and breakfast from 2AM (that's right, 2AM). Safe, cooler and kettle in the room with a selection of teas and instant coffee. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"We had an amazing stay! The rooms were incredible, the breakfast was fab and the pool was great. Easy to get into the centre of town using the metro. Only thing they could improve is a few more vegan options at breakfast (like vegan yoghurts - this was only available one day I was there) however there was always some form of vegan milk available, and most days there was enough food to make a breakfast that was reasonably varied."
