「Everything was great. There are many stairs to the room, but staff carried our bags up 5 flights (and down at the end of our stay) so the stairs didn’t bother us. The room was bigger than I’d expected, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Location was also excellent with easy walking access to everything and transit nearby. I would stay here again anytime. There was a bowl of apples in the lobby too, which made a great snack to grab on the way out the door.」

「Very modern hotel in a historical building, with fancy light switches and a balcony that has a sea view. Right next to city center of Chiado/Baixa. My wife and I stay for 4 nights and liked its location and the room design!」
