As someone who loves a boutique hotel with unique features, I adored this place. Also as someone who doesn't like crowds, it's a bit rough trying to enter at night with the main entrance being on pink street. The room itself was very large, the amenities were really quite excellent, and their staff were all great. They accommodated my ridiculously early check in without hassle, had wifi great enough for me to do business calls without issue, and having a California King bed was a wonderful surprise. I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially for the adventurous couple or group.

The noise was well dampened by the windows but being right in the middle of the action is going to invite more noise than a mountain lodge. The decor is over the top just like you want. The bar downstairs had good action and decently priced drinks. The restaurant choice is excellent, the market is great for lunch and sangria. Bus & trains station are a short walk.

Room very clean. In a busy night life area. Hotel has taken great care in sound proof measures. We couldn't hear anything from other rooms or the street. This hotel definitely for adults only adult themed and decorated quite amorously. Check with the bar and they call reception to get you. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location close to metro easy walk to hotel lots of food options.

This is such a cool experience. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and stocked with all the necessary toiletries. Location is fantastic; you are right off Pink Street near bars and food. It is a loud location, so if you are looking for a quiet, reserved location, this will not be the location for you. BUT if you’re looking to take in the sights and try something new, this is the perfect place! Absolutely loved our stay.

I was travelling alone and stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was super clean and big, but a bit dark (especially the bathroom). The receptionist who welcomed me was really sweet and helpful. I was able to check-in earlier as per my request, which I really appreciate. The location of the hotel is fantastic and you can walk to the heart of Lisbon in no time (lots of great restaurants and cafés around too). Pink St. was a bit noisy at night, but the noise levels were bearable as my room was facing the other direction. Unsuitable for family with kids and those who can't manage some stairs. Overall, I loved the charm and history of this place, and I would certainly stay here again.

This hotel has the best location in the city, especially if you are here for leisure travel. There are so many options for food and drinks within a few blocks around the hotel. You can easily walk to the Metro/tram and the train to Cascais, or catch a taxi/uber/bolt at the corner. The staff were extremely nice. The rooms all have double windows so any noise from Pink Street are completely silenced. Only downside is the TV's are encased inside a giant mirror box so you can't connect to the HDMI port. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Lisbon.
