The location was great. It was centrally located and easy to find. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and greeted us with humor. Breakfast was very good.
The room was standard, a normal hotel room. The room was very clean. It was perfect for a two night stay.

I going there for almost 4 years
Really I love everything, thanks to everyone is so nice to me šššš
The room was great⦠super clean⦠beds comfy. Breakfast was excellent. We got to check in a little early as we flew all night⦠which was very much appreciated. The staff were amazingā¦especially Ritaā¦she went above and beyond for us.
The hotel has an excellent location, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, my arrival and check-in experience was disappointing.
As I approached the front desk, the check-in agent, Beatriz, immediately told me, āWe have no rooms available,ā before I had even said anything. I explained that I had a reservation and provided the name, at which point she proceeded with the check-in process.
What concerned me most was what prompted her to make that statement before even asking our name or checking the reservation.
I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced being told that there were no rooms available before I had even had the opportunity to provide my reservation details.
I would encourage management to look into how guests are greeted and handled at check-in, as this was not the welcoming experience one would expect from a MeliĆ” hotel.
All the amenities were very good. Good shopping area a small distance away. Very safe and close to the water and multiple restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. We had a great vacation.
