Receptionist was super nice, we arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with them until check-in time. The room was super spacious for 3 people, with everything we needed. Only complaint would be the shower door did not close properly so the water would leak out, we had to leave a towel by the door to soak up the water.

BessaHotel was incredible from the moment we arrived! Staff were wonderful and always helpful. Our room was a standard but it felt like a suite. We were a very large group and we all had a great experience. The location was fantastic and very close to main areas of Lisbon. The rooms were modern and clean, and the check in process was very easy. The only con was the breakfast which was cold and not worth the 22 euro charge. There are many restaurants in the vicinity.
