「The hotel is beautiful and grand, and is located around a 35 minute walk from the central part of Lisbon. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and everything is prepared to order but the service is "leisurely", don't expect to be finished quickly! The gardens are a lovely spot to have a drink after visiting the city. Some areas need some improvements, for example there was some mould in the bathroom and the furniture in our room was very stained. However overall this was a lovely place to...

「我們因會提早抵達住宿地，事先致電給客服確認是否能在3pm check in前先寄放行李，一開始接電話的窗口甚至是在Porto的服務人員，轉接到Lisbon的窗口後對方告知和清潔人員確認後沒問題，可先提供self check in的資訊。建議直接加Lovely Stay的WhatsApp溝通較即時，訊息也會比較完整清楚。 我們此次最喜歡的部分是住宿的陽台，可以直接看到海，而且晾衣服一下子就乾了，晚上坐在外面吹風很舒服。浴室裡有一台洗衣機，衣櫃裡有足夠的衣架和曬衣夾，廚房櫃檯上有附洗衣球，可以在旅行途中洗衣服真的是一件很方便的事！ 距離市區和地鐵都有一點遠，但樓下就有公車站可以去很多地方，附近還有古老博物館和一些餐廳，慢遊還滿舒服。」

「L'hébergement ne correspondait pas à celui de l'annonce. Dans un premier temps légère déception mais on va s'y faire. Puis en faisant le tour de l'appartement : présence de cafards, trop peu de couverts, pas de rangement disponible.... Enfin pas terribles du tout. Je ne parle pas de l'emplacement dans la ville (quartier éloigné, appartement dans une montée interminable avec enfants.. ) je pensais confier mon prochain voyage à Expédia cette année mais là je n'ai plus du tout envie.」

「VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again.」

「An elegant hotel, quite grand and very nicely decorated to fit the period of the building. Staff were very helpful. Good location, few bars and places to eat nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the busier parts of the city. Loved the library on the to floor and balcony. Honesty bar a nice touch. Room and bathroom very spacious. 」

「Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

「La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cercana a lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Las indicaciones recibidas por mail fueron correctas para realizar el check-in y check-out. Quizá el único punto de mejora sería el sitio web del check-in que daba algunos problemas, y especificar desde un principio la necesidad de aportar el impuesto municipal. Todo lo demás ha estado acorde a las expectativas.」

「On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable. On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! 」
