Hotels near Monte Abraão Station

"My friend and I stayed for 4 nights at the end of a 15 day vacation in Portugal. Pros: - The hotel is beautiful and clean - The rooms were very clean with turndown service. - The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive in addressing any issues that were raised. - There is a mall across the street with some great shops with a good food court and a great Brazilian buffet restaurant that we really enjoyed for dinner. Cons: - Before heading to Lisbon, I sent 3 messages to the hotel (2 through Hotels.com and one directly to the hotel) and never received a response. - The cost for breakfast is fairly steep and there are no other restaurants in the neighbourhood serving breakfast - The hotel is at least a 25 mins bus ride to the historical centre and not always the easiest to get to depending on the time of day. - The pool and hot tub are only accessible until 8 pm and would have been great if they were available until 10 pm. All in all we enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was under renovation and the entrance and lobby were really in a bad shape! The rooms supposedly renovated were not comparable to same level hotels. The bedding was clean at least. "

"Very disappointed to have spent decent money staying at this hotel. I booked here because I had two very important meetings the next day and wanted to be rested and properly prepared. The room temperature was 24.8 degrees. I tried calling reception to get it sorted, but the room phone didn’t work properly. At 2am, sweating and stressed that I wasn’t going to be recovered or prepared for my meetings, I had to get changed and go down to reception. The guy on reception came up and tried to fix it, but nothing changed. They moved me to another room, which was 21.5 degrees, but it still wouldn’t get any cooler. It was an improvement, but still not good enough. I complained at reception and also wrote them an email afterwards, but received no response. I’m leaving this review now because I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue or offer some form of compensation, and they chose not to respond. Poor service "

"Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful. Hotel was easy to get to from Lisbon and was close to highway to hop on for our trip to Sintra."

"Hotel is very close to the metro. Safe area. Check in was great. Room was decent. Would say the house keeping was not the best. They never took the dirty glasses/cups after they cleaned my room and then on another day after they cleaned my room they came back into my room without knocking. Confirmed with the front desk that this is not usual and especially between the 4-5pm "

"The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and the hotel just felt old and tired. "
