The glass door of the balcony was surprisingly soundproof, blocking all street noise at night so we slept very well. There is no elevador, so you have to walk up stairs to get to the upper floors, but the stairwell was wide and not very steep, so we had no issues there. "The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. "We reserved a family studio. The room was very spacious and had a working air conditioning! We went in April and the two other hotels we went to before this one thought it was too early to allow AC.. so we had to open the windows and endure the noise in the street during the night. So, we were really happy when we saw that the AC was working at this hotel. It is located in the heart of Belém, which was really nice.
