「我們因會提早抵達住宿地，事先致電給客服確認是否能在3pm check in前先寄放行李，一開始接電話的窗口甚至是在Porto的服務人員，轉接到Lisbon的窗口後對方告知和清潔人員確認後沒問題，可先提供self check in的資訊。建議直接加Lovely Stay的WhatsApp溝通較即時，訊息也會比較完整清楚。我們此次最喜歡的部分是住宿的陽台，可以直接看到海，而且晾衣服一下子就乾了，晚上坐在外面吹風很舒服。浴室裡有一台洗衣機，衣櫃裡有足夠的衣架和曬衣夾，廚房櫃檯上有附洗衣球，可以在旅行途中洗衣服真的是一件很方便的事！距離市區和地鐵都有一點遠，但樓下就有公車站可以去很多地方，附近還有古老博物館和一些餐廳，慢遊還滿舒服。」

「Castle Inn was a quaint, clean & charming apartment in the center of the old Castle area. We felt like we were living like a local even though it is a popular tourist destination. It is very central to everything. The owners were always quick to respond & were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「細心、貼心又熱情的屋主，在行前就已提供詳細的住宿資訊，抵達時也熱情接待和介紹環境，有任何問題，Bob都非常熱心提供資訊。住宿環境乾淨、明亮、舒適、隔音也好，烤箱、微波爐、電爐、咖啡機一應俱全，廚房、客廳、餐廳寬敞舒適，讓你有在家方便舒適的感覺。餐區與住房分開，既有隱私又方便。住宿樓下有有機食品店，商品多樣，附近也有許多餐廳，馬路對面鬥牛場樓下有pingo doce超市，還有不錯的美食街。地鐵站幾步路就到，尤其公車更是方便，就在樓下，都有直達車到貝倫區、老城區...各景點。如果自駕更可以把車停鬥牛場，收費便宜，一天才9.9歐元。（我們在porto一天17.5歐元）在這住的6個晚上，有非常美好的體驗，真是值得推薦。」

「What a lovely apartment, right in the centre but lovely and quiet. Excellent. Nice beds nice bathrooms with all you need. There is even a washer/dyer and dishwasher. Was a ladies group and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us to get ready. Thank you 」
