「This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. Last but not least, their honesty bar is so good. 」

「Facilities and services are not good as it is not corresponding to its luxury price. Water power in bath room is small. One of the room keys are not working. The staff for cleaning the room searched and touched my open luggage as my things are not in the order that I packed my luggage.」

「Location is good, property relatively modern, issue was not clear check in process, we were unable to get in and it wasn’t clear how to get the key. Mouldy shower looks bad with standing water. Sofa bed has terrible mattress. Kitchen works. Close distance to metro.
