"The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city."

"Hotel is conveniently located a couple of blocks from Av. da Liberdade and a 15 minute walk to Barrio Alto. Staff is super friendly, property is clean and well maintained, only negative is that the walls are very thin and noise can be transmitted from room to room, but that’s only an issue if you have noisy neighbors. Overall it’s a great value for your money."
"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."

What a GREAT property: great friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is also very well located, 2 minutes away from a major central subway station (Marquês de Pombal) and a close walk to the old part of town (Baixa & Chiado) and to the business district (Saldanha). "Muy buena opcion para ir a Lisboa con auto, pues hay lugar para estacionar cubierto. El metro queda cerca y se puede caminar, linda zona con opciones de restaurantes. La habitacion muyy buena para 4 personas, amplia y renovada me hubiera gustado que tuviera lavaropas y que no me hubieran cobrado por una capsula extra de cafe.... 0,80 ctvos de euro cuando habia pagado 800 euros por la estadia.... creo que la podrian obsequiar, solo dan dos capsulas por estadia. Adicional tiene dos televisores pero 1 solo control remoto, lo cual es raro. De todas maneras me volveria a hospedar, muy buena opcion en Lisboa."
