"This property was as pictured but we had several issues during our stay. Firstly, the lock on the outside of the apartment building was very tricky and you had to know the special way to wiggle it in order to unlock the bolt. It sometimes took us 10-15 minutes to get in because of this. Secondly, there are roughly 60 stairs to get to this fourth floor apartment and no elevator. There were no toiletries/essentials available in the apartment, with the exception of 2 rolls of toilet paper. The...

"The property is in a good area. No need for a car. The property was clean but the main issue is that there are dogs that bark non stop during the day and night. There’s a kennel outside the washroom with 4 dogs there all day. It opens into a wide space and when the dogs bark it echos. "

"Very well thought through airport hotel, offering full buffet breakfast from 2 am to 11 am. Jetlag be damned! Kind personnel and shuttle driver. It’s very close to the airport and walkable with a roll-on but I had a huge bag. No shuttles after midnight though. I didn’t take full advantage of the amenities but found the atmosphere was good in the lobby, better than at most airport hotels I’ve visited. Very convenient too: I easily popped down to Lisbon for the afternoon and back on the metro. "

"This hotel is centrally located in Lisbon and looks regal from approach. Staff were friendly, the room was in good shape and a decent value for the money. The rooms could use more outlets, but it sounds like renovations are beginning this month. Our room had a great view of the castle! The rooftop bar is best for drinks rather than food, but had great views of the city. The veranda restaurant was fantastic in both view and food, although somewhat expensive. As mentioned in other reviews, there is one border of the hotel that looks a little sketchy, so just enter and exit from one of the 3 other locations. "
