「The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. 「I had such a great stay at The Hoxton in Shepherds Bush. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. This was my first solo trip, and I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but one staff member, Leo, greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel comfortable and at home.
