「I booked a room for one night. I was allocated room 440. The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence. Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car. I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming. I am waiting to hear from the nanager」

「I was little disappointed as when I booked through hotels.com platform,they advertised it as breakfast included free but then when I arrived at the hotel, I was told breakfast was not included. They didn't tell me the cost of the breakfast until I asked, neither was I given a receipt of my payment made (I should have asked but I had three little kids to sort out and it slipped out of my mind) The room was stuffy, there was a fan which only had speed control and didn't do a great job. 「Excellent rural location. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting the lovely Gatwick Aviation. 」

「Hotel looks like it needs refurbishment. However the swimming pool is excellent & the rooms are clean. The access is a 6 digit code to your room, which you have to remember which is annoying. Also you have to pay for parking.」
