「Da ging einiges schief」

「It is a brand new place on a lively street.」

「The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and near major train lines (South Kensington, Sloane Square, and Gloucester Road). It’s also within walking distances to three major museums in London and Kensington Garden. It’s also near restaurants, shops, and groceries for essentials and amenities (there was an M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco Express, and Boots within walking distance). The room was small, but it did its job for our duration of stay. The hotel provided free breakfast which was nice...

「Very convenient location. But cannot store luggage before check in. Also need to carry own luggage upstairs. The staff is very responsive and helpful though. Overall great value in this location. 」

「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「房間整潔舒適，房間雖然空間不大，但有兩個衣櫃，其中一個可放置一個行李，小廚房設備齊全，都是有品牌的電器」

Lit confortable, douche également.」

The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」

「Good neighborhood, close to the tube station and groceries. Very easy to get around and to find it in the first place. Excellent communication with host. The apartments are VERY old - small holes in the walls, a missing frame around the door, stains on the couch, a shower head that isn’t working properly, sharpie stains on the dining room table, a wobbly fan etc. Lovely apartment, nice decorations just old and worn. The noise in the building is unbelievable though. You can hear everything and...
