「It was an incredible experience. The staff were wonderful. The main pool was absolutely amazing!
The only thing worth mentioning is that the average age of the guests seemed to be around 40–60. So if you’re looking for a party resort, this probably isn’t the place for you. Instead, it’s more calm and relaxing. That said, there are different shows and DJs every night, which helps keep guests of all ages entertained.

「The Jungala was amazing. Our room was next to the jungle. The staff was first class!! The restaurant area was great!! I highly recommend going there! They had a golf cart shovel service that took you all throughout the resort. The waterslide park was beautiful and the lazy river with the floating up bar was outstanding. If you’re looking to get away and enjoy yourself, I highly recommend this place.」

「Paid for the all inclusive package. Room and amenities were good. Customer service was also good - all the staff are friendly and willing to help. The spa and rooftop pool were very nice. However, avoid the excursion desk because they overcharge by a lot! Breakfast was the only good meal here. The A la Carte dinners were a disappointment - tasteless and little flavour. Add some herbs and spices!!」
