"Pros: everything. From the check in process to the checkout, every staff were friendly and personable. Theres a lot of space in the room, and it’s clean. Cons: it can be loud at night since there’s a busy road by it. Also, the hallway upstairs is freezing. Thank you for the simple touch of having cold water available in the lobby, cookies and drinks offered. Glad we chose this hotel. "

"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with outstanding customer service! Carlton, Rene and Charles were exceptional! We stayed in the 3 Bdrm condo for a girls trip! It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed! It was very clean and we had housekeeping every day! The grounds were meticulous and we all loved the spa treatments and spa area! The pools were gorgeous with plenty of loungers! We took a tour of the garden with the chef and he made us some small bites while we chatted! They even shipped our wine purchases to our home addresses! We can’t wait to return!"
