We stayed at this location one other time years ago and it was so much better. We had multiple complaints, problems, this trip.
At check in, we found out the parking is $7. a night. We were there 3 nights and I was only able to get a handicapped parking place 2 nights.
The rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day. On the second morning, we stopped at the desk to make sure our room was to be cleaned. We need towels, etc. She said yes, but she would make sure by putting us on the schedule. After a long day out, we came back to an unmade room. My husband had to go back down to the lobby and get towels himself. This is not a cheap room, but you would think so based on the service.
Breakfast is very poor compared to the last time, and certainly compared to the Fairfield Inn close by. That hotel was full so that is why we tried Hampton Inn again.
The bed and pillows were good, but I cannot rave about anything else. Oh, BTW, if you do want to eat there, don't be late. It is over at 9am during the week, and the woman there stands by the door and closes it promptly. She does not even warn anyone in case they want a refill .
