I truly loved this place and can confidently say it is one of the finest Sheraton properties anywhere in the world. I look forward to returning again. "

"Big room. Excellent location. Some renovation work currently underway which didn't cause any issue. No outside space unless you want to frequent a very expensive bar and lobby has few facilities ( a key needs to be requested by hotel guests to use the toilets which i have never experienced before in a 5 star hotel!). Good choice for a stay in Hong Kong as very easy to get to MTR and major stations and a short walk to the harbour."

"My only problem was checkout.... there were a few of us lined up to check out or in.. but they kept taking people who wanted to checkout without lining up.. they just walked up and gave them their cards which still took time.
